Chelsea Puckett
Staff Pastor
Raised in the home of two Assemblies of God pastors, Chelsea was immersed in ministry from a young age. At thirteen, she felt God break her heart for the Japanese people and compel her to give her own life sharing His good news with them. In following her calling, she has become an ordained Assemblies of God minister. Chelsea loves sharing the gospel message with the young hearts and minds of TICA as she continues to pursue fluency in the language. From games and crafts to Bible stories and mentoring, she is dedicated to serving the children of TICA.
David and Lauren Perdan
Staff Pastor
David and Lauren Perdan serve on the pastoral team at TICA. Before coming to Japan, David and Lauren were a part of various ministries in the United States including youth ministry, preaching, and Deaf ministry. In 2018, God called them to TICA and the vision to plant 20 churches. Today, they serve at TICA in various capacities including Cafe ministry, kids ministry, tech, and preaching. As they study in Japanese language school over the next year, they hope to start a Deaf ministry at TICA and help train new church planters. They are both graduates from the University of Valley Forge and hold ministry credentials with the Assemblies of God.
